Japanese toy company IKIMON's gashapon brand ARTUNIV TECHNI COLOUR (ATC) is launching a new product in the "hilarious little useless things" style, the "Makosun Little Despair Plush Toys." There are five types in total, with a reference price of 400 Japanese Yen per capsule, available starting September 2024.

Japanese plush toy artist Makosun (まこすん) creates comforting plushies based on "little despairs" that appear in daily life, transforming small yet definite moments of frustration into therapeutic dolls. These include onigiri crushed in a bag, lipstick broken off at the base, cream filling oozing out of a cream puff, and more, resonating with many netizens who find them amusing.

The "ATC Makosun Little Despair Plush Toys" gashapon series transforms Makosun's popular works into capsule toys. The lineup includes: Onigiri crushed at the bottom of a bag, Frozen rice of unknown origin, Beer with too much foam, Broken chopsticks, and Shattered pressed powder. These everyday mini-tragedies are turned into plushies that are both cute and despair-inducing! Each comes with an elastic strap, allowing you to attach them to your bag and carry them with you, enjoying these painful yet charming plush toys.
