Produced by Japan's PLEX Company and distributed by X-PLUS Company, the popular soft vinyl figure series 'DefoReal', which incorporates intricate realistic details into a cute deformed (chibi) proportion, recently showcased the unpainted prototype of the new, in-development work "Godzilla (2023) Roaring Ver." from "Godzilla Minus One". The release date is yet to be determined.

"Godzilla (2023)", appearing in the film "Godzilla Minus One", was originally an ancient creature inhabiting the deep seas around Odo Island, referred to as "Gojira" by local residents. However, in 1946, after the war, U.S. forces conducted nuclear tests near Bikini Atoll, causing Gojira to mutate and grow into a 50-meter-tall Godzilla. Its exaggerated regenerative abilities allowed it to recover instantly even after being shelled by warships, and it could emit a nuclear bomb-level, high-power heat ray from its mouth.

"DEFOREAL Godzilla (2023) Roaring Ver." is based on the previously released standard version, with modifications. Its entire body similarly features realistic detailed sculpting. Utilizing new head and hand sculpts, it recreates the pose of its giant mouth wide open in a roar, giving it an even fiercer impression.
