Japanese model company BellFine (株式会社ベルファイン) has released a new product based on the popular anime "My Hero Academia" – the "Lady Nagant" (レディ・ナガン) 1/8 scale pre-painted figure, with a suggested retail price of 25,960 JPY, scheduled for release in July 2025!
Lady Nagant appeared in episode 139 of the anime. Her real name is Kaina Tsutsumi, and her Quirk is "Rifle," allowing her to extend a rifle from her right elbow. She can also knead her two hair colors, which have properties similar to AB glue, into special bullets for attack, possessing long-range attack capabilities that surpass even a sniper god. Lady Nagant was originally a direct hero under the Public Safety Commission and Hawks' senior. However, due to her unique Quirk, she performed too many dirty jobs for the Public Safety Commission, leading her to become utterly disillusioned with hero society. She ultimately killed the Public Safety Commission President and was imprisoned.
This 1/8 scale pre-painted figure of Lady Nagant stands approximately 34.5 cm tall. It is sculpted to capture her appearance as an assassin for All For One, standing on a rooftop and sniping Deku in the anime. The figure meticulously sculpts her rounded yet firm arm and body curves, detailing the rifle extending from her elbow and the flowing dynamics of her gown-like hero costume. The paintwork faithfully reproduces her two-toned hair and her hollow eyes, reflecting her disappointment with everything. The purple gown's light and shadow contrast are enhanced with airbrushing. The "Blam!" lettering on the base inherits Horikoshi-sensei's unique manga style, while the rubble recreates the broken wall scene from her debut, enhancing the overall visual tension and powerfully showcasing Lady Nagant's beautiful, powerful, and sorrowful image!
Pre-orders placed through the BellFine online store will include an exclusive Lady Nagant acrylic stand!
