Avatar: The Last Airbender Set for AAA Video Game Adaptation, Developed by Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2 Studio

Following live-action film and television adaptations, the beloved childhood animated series "Avatar: The Last Airbender," which first aired on Nickelodeon in 2005, is officially entering the AAA video game market. This new title, co-developed with Paramount Game Studios, aims to further expand the "Avatar" universe.

According to IGN, this first AAA RPG video game based on "Avatar: The Last Airbender" will be developed by Saber Interactive. The studio is known for its work on "Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2," a title that garnered praise from players, including Henry Cavill.

While details remain scarce due to the game being in early development, officials emphasize that this will be the largest video game in the "Avatar" series' history. The game will tell an entirely new story and is being developed in close collaboration with Avatar Studios, which was established in 2021. The title is confirmed for release on consoles and PC.
