Hong Kong's renowned toy brand "Kaiju One" (壹工房) announced its collaboration with famous Japanese toy designer and artist "DEHARA" (デハラユキノリ) to launch a reinterpretation of "Mazinger Z" (マジンガーZ) with DEHARA's unique humorous style, officially licensed by Go Nagai (ダイナミック企画). It is expected to be available for limited lottery sale at Kaiju One's (壹工房) booth, A33, at TTF 2024.

Established in 2017, "Kaiju One" is a Hong Kong-based toy company specializing in designing various licensed and original soft vinyl toys. Combining humor and creativity, they create unique collectibles with strong visual impact, attracting toy enthusiasts and art collectors worldwide, and have garnered a loyal fanbase over the years.
DEHARA
The artistic style of "DEHARA" (Japanese full name: デハラユキノリ; English full name: Dehara Yukinori) is renowned for its unique handmade clay style combined with a sense of the grotesque and humor. DEHARA's works typically use materials like clay and plastic to create various bizarre and hilarious characters, often featuring exaggerated facial features and limb proportions with a cartoonish style. While the characters appear cute, they often carry an incongruous, anti-traditional aesthetic, making them feel both humorous and peculiar.
Following the "Satoshi-kun Narikiri Mazinger Z" released for the "DYNAMIC GO! 50! GO!" exhibition in 2017, which transformed his representative work "Satoshi-san" into Mazinger Z, DEHARA once again reinterprets the classic Mazinger Z design with his unique style, turning the popular character Satoshi-san into the pilot! This humorous and visually impactful design instantly captivates at first glance.
Having extensive experience in developing Mazinger Z toys, "Kaiju One" has incorporated a powerful magnetic structure into this piece, allowing for a fun and faithful recreation of the classic "Pilder On" scene. Additionally, the included severed head parts of "Mechanical Beast Garada K7" (ガラダK7) and "Doublas M2" (ダブラスＭ2) can be securely attached to the hands via magnets.
