Snail Shell - Boxed Maiden-00 Unboxing

Hello everyone, today I'll be unboxing and sharing Snail Shell's "Boxed Maiden-00" with you all.

Fellow enthusiasts who regularly follow toy news should already be familiar with Snail Shell. This is a Chinese manufacturer primarily focused on selling 1/12 scale articulated bishoujo figures. They also incorporate various themes such as mecha, sci-fi, and fantasy worlds, making their products quite distinctive.

The key point is that the figures' faces are all quite appealing, and the prices aren't expensive. If my passion for articulated figures hadn't waned, I would probably be buying them all up! LOL

Today, I'll be unboxing one of their few PVC figures. However, the official background story for this product isn't heavily elaborated upon. I originally placed the order purely because the design appealed to me, and its size is quite friendly for display space.

However, after seeing the figure itself, everyone should be able to tell that it's depicting what a realistic, life-sized robot product, equivalent to a real human, might look like in the future. This kind of imagination has appeared in many film, television, and anime works, and I believe many people harbor some fantasies and expectations about this concept.

The entire outer box is black, with only a partial depiction of the main body and the product name on the front.

The small accessories are quite abundant and exquisite.

Details
As mentioned earlier, the small accessories are quite exquisite.
However, the adhesive marks from the nano tape are a bit noticeable, somewhat affecting the viewing experience.

The box features a magnetic closure, making it convenient for collectors to open.

Due to the main body's pose, it's not possible to capture the entire complete face.
As for other details, aside from what seems to be an unrefined treatment of the hair on top of the head, I consider the overall details to be satisfactory.

The black dot on the buttock is a mole that is part of the original design, not a defect.
I've checked other people's previous unboxings and shares, and they all mentioned the presence of this black dot in this location.

That concludes the introduction to the contents.
Although the 1/7 scale combined with the pose design makes the overall piece seem less substantial, the quality is sufficient.
Furthermore, the preorder price was under 2K, which I personally consider to be a very cost-effective product.
It's not a heavy burden on your wallet or display space to collect, so I can recommend it to interested enthusiasts.
