Japanese brand GOOD SMILE COMPANY's affordable pre-painted PVC figure series, POP UP PARADE L Size, will release a new product based on the popular anime "The Allurement of 2.5 Dimensions" – the "Liliel" pre-painted figure. The suggested retail price is 8,800 JPY, and it is scheduled for release in May 2025!
"The Allurement of 2.5 Dimensions" is a manga by Yu Hashimoto, serialized on Shonen Jump+ since 2021. In 2024, it was adapted into a TV anime by J.C.STAFF. The story follows Masamune Okumura, the sole member and president of the school's manga research club, who has no interest in 3D women and only likes 2D female characters. Unexpectedly, a junior student who loves cosplay, Ririsa Amano, joins the club and dresses up as Okumura's favorite character, "Liliel." The 2.5-dimensional allure, existing between 2D and 3D, begins to shake Okumura's convictions!
