Japan's BANDAI SPIRITS company, under its toy brand BANPRESTO, which excels in showcasing character figures and various prize items, will release the third installment of the latest "Naruto Shippuden PANEL SPECTACLE ~The Strongest Warriors~" series, "Hiruzen Sarutobi," scheduled for release in March 2025!
The longest-serving Hokage, Hiruzen Sarutobi, was a disciple of Hashirama Senju and Tobirama Senju. Sarutobi was thoroughly familiar with and deeply researched all existing Konoha ninjutsu, earning him the title "Professor of Ninjutsu." He was also the man who witnessed the village through periods of turmoil and prosperity; he assisted the First and Second Hokage in making the village flourish, and willingly stepped down from the top position, handing over the Hokage's authority to the Fourth Hokage. After Minato Namikaze's untimely death, he once again assumed the role of Hokage, dedicating his entire life to Konohagakure.
The PANEL SPECTACLE series, which recreates techniques or worldviews through acrylic background panels, presents the Third Hokage, "Naruto Shippuden PANEL SPECTACLE ~The Strongest Warriors~ Hiruzen Sarutobi." Standing approximately 18 cm tall, this figure立体化 (3D-ifies) a classic scene from Naruto manga chapter 627, "Sasuke's Answer," where the Edo Tensei-resurrected Hokage, aka the four strongest zombies, stand before the Hokage Rock that has protected Konohagakure for many years—"There have been battles in every era... but this time, it's the final one!"—announcing the imminent start of the Fourth Great Ninja War!
The acrylic background panel features newly drawn illustrations, exquisitely printed to capture the weathered colors of the Hokage Rock that has protected the village for many years. When assembled, they recreate the magnificent scene of the strongest warriors setting off! Be sure to collect them all.
