The "MODEROID" assembly model series, launched by Japan's MECHA SMILE brand, has announced its latest product, "MODEROID Gatchaspartan," from the popular sci-fi anime "Gatchaman F." The suggested retail price is 9,800 JPY, with an anticipated release in July 2025!
The "MODEROID Gatchaspartan" assembly model commercializes the large combat aircraft piloted by the Gatchaman team. It meticulously recreates the striking fuselage numbers of Gatchaman Machines 1 through 5, as well as intricate details such as turbine blades, tracks, wheels, and mechanical arms. With various molded colors, stickers, and pre-painted parts, assembly allows for a high-fidelity reproduction of the original design!

Furthermore, transformation and combination can be achieved using dedicated parts, resulting in an impressive combined length of 33 cm, recreating the iconic triangular combined fighter jet! Its sleek and clean appearance with vibrant colors is incredibly cool; paired with a special display stand inspired by the Gatchaman bird logo, Gatchaspartan can be showcased in its flight mode. A mini-figure of Ken Washio (Gatchaman) holding the Gatchaman Sword (Gatchaman Blade) is included, allowing Ken to stand on the Gatchaspartan machine to recreate the "Science Ninja Technique: Hyper Shoot" state. (Ken is an unpainted, single-color molded figure.)
▼During combination, Gatchaman Machine 2's front wheel parts are replaced with dedicated combination parts, and combination assist parts are used on the front end of Gatchaman Machine 3.
