Japan's GOOD SMILE COMPANY's "POP UP PARADE" series, known for its affordable prices and quick releases, will launch a "POP UP PARADE Asirpa" non-scale PVC painted finished product, based on the popular anime "Golden Kamuy". The suggested retail price is 5,500 JPY, and it is scheduled for release in May 2025!
The young hunter Asirpa, who appears in "Golden Kamuy", is an Ainu person born near Otaru. She appears to be around 12 years old (actual age unknown) and is knowledgeable about Hokkaido cuisine, flora and fauna, Ainu customs, and culture. She is also skilled in using bows and arrows, setting traps, and hunting, making her a reliable companion for wilderness survival. After her mother's death, it was rumored that her father was killed by those who hid the Ainu gold, so she was persuaded by Sugimoto to act together to avenge her father.
The "POP UP PARADE Asirpa" stands approximately 14.5 cm tall. It faithfully recreates Asirpa's signature outfit from the series, meticulously detailing the thick white fur cape on her back, as well as the traditional Ainu patterns on her headscarf and clothing. The figure captures Asirpa with a resolute expression, holding her bow and arrow!
