Notably, while "Stranger Things" production faced interruptions due to the pandemic and strikes, a recent teaser revealed crucial information: the fifth season's setting remains firmly in the 1980s, specifically the fall of 1987. Netflix also unveiled the official episode titles for the season:

In addition to the returning main cast, Linda Hamilton, known for her iconic role as Sarah Connor in "Terminator," is also confirmed to join "Stranger Things" Season 5. Her role, however, remains undisclosed.
