Following widespread critical acclaim, Amazon Prime Video's live-action video game adaptation "Fallout" was swiftly renewed for a second season by Amazon MGM Studios, with production reportedly set to begin this month.
While details surrounding the second season remain scarce, Amazon Prime recently made a surprise announcement: "Home Alone" star Macaulay Culkin is confirmed to join the cast of "Fallout"'s upcoming season.

Although his specific role has not yet been revealed, reports suggest Culkin may portray a "mad genius" type character. Given that the "Fallout" series is not a direct adaptation of the video game lore and its storyline is set after the events of the games, it's possible Macaulay Culkin's character will be an entirely new creation, unfamiliar to players of the original titles.

With "Fallout" Season 2 production gearing up, more detailed information, including additional cast members, is expected to be released in the coming weeks and months. Original cast members Ella Purnell, Walton Goggins, and Kyle MacLachlan are all anticipated to return.
