Nolan's Next Mystery Film: Anne Hathaway Reunites with Matt Damon; Zendaya Joins Tom Holland

Acclaimed director Christopher Nolan's next mysterious project is generating buzz with exciting new casting announcements. Oscar winner Anne Hathaway, a frequent collaborator with Nolan, is set to reunite with the filmmaker after several years, marking her second on-screen pairing with Matt Damon since "Interstellar."

Furthermore, Zendaya, known for her role as MJ and her relationship with confirmed cast member Tom Holland, is also reportedly joining the project, stepping into Nolan's cinematic universe alongside him.

This marks Nolan's first feature film since the critically acclaimed "Oppenheimer." It is slated for a July 17, 2026 release, with principal photography expected to commence in 2025. Interestingly, Holland and Zendaya are also set to begin filming the fourth "Spider-Man" movie next year, with its production schedule reportedly just a week apart from Nolan's upcoming project.

Zendaya is currently filming "The Drama," a new A24 feature written and directed by Kristoffer Borgli, known for "Dream Scenario," where she stars opposite Robert Pattinson. Meanwhile, Anne Hathaway is set to appear with Ewan McGregor in the dinosaur sci-fi film "Flowervale Street" and is also involved in the long-awaited production of "Princess Diaries 3."
