Acclaimed director Christopher Nolan's new untitled film is reportedly eyeing a familiar face to join its cast. According to Deadline, Robert Pattinson, who starred in Nolan's "Tenet," is in talks to reunite with the director. If negotiations conclude successfully, he could join a star-studded ensemble that includes Matt Damon, "Spider-Man" star Tom Holland, Zendaya (who plays MJ), and Anne Hathaway.
Interestingly, Pattinson is currently filming the new movie "The Drama" with Zendaya (as seen in set photos below). That project reunites director Kristoffer Borgli ("Dream Scenario") with the A24 team. Additionally, Pattinson is set to star in Bong Joon-ho's upcoming sci-fi thriller "Mickey 17," where he will play multiple roles.
Nolan's mysterious new project is slated for a July 17, 2026 release, with production expected to begin in 2025. Lupita Nyong'o was recently confirmed to join the film's impressive cast. While plot details remain under wraps and subject to much speculation, today's report emphasizes that all current external theories regarding the film's synopsis are "incorrect."
