In mid-2023, the animated film "Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse", jointly produced by Sony Pictures Animation and Marvel, had its grand premiere. Following up on the critically acclaimed predecessor, "Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse," the performance of "Across the Spider-Verse" can only be described as surpassing the original. From the story and plot arrangement, the psychological portrayal of characters, to the outstanding visual effects and artistic presentation, I believe everyone who has seen it can attest to its brilliance. To call it a masterpiece of animated cinema is, in my opinion, absolutely well-deserved. The next installment that fans are eagerly awaiting, "Spider-Man: Beyond the Spider-Verse," is sure to ignite another wave of Spider-fever. Let's wait and see!

Following last year's first wave of figures, this year Hasbro has launched the second wave of its "Marvel Legends" series, continuing to complete the grand Spider-Man lineup from "Across the Spider-Verse" for all you collectors! This second wave of the Across the Spider-Verse series once again uses the cardback format beloved by veteran collectors. The figure and accessories are visible at a glance, making for a beautiful and fulfilling collection. In the unboxing that follows, let's dive back into the Spider-Verse together!
▼Here are the seven stars of this unboxing report, featuring gorgeous and vibrant cardback packaging in the "Into the Spider-Verse" art style.

▼"Miles Morales," the young Spider-Man from the parallel universe Earth-1610B. In the first film, "Into the Spider-Verse," he was accidentally bitten by a radioactive spider and gained his powers, subsequently meeting Spider-People from other universes. Under the guidance and tutelage of Peter B. Parker from Earth-616, he gradually grew into a new generation of Spider-Man in his own right. This figure is based on his suit from the first movie and includes both unmasked and masked head sculpts for Miles.

▼The highly anticipated complete suit version from the first movie finally makes its debut in the Marvel Legends line, perfectly capturing the unique animated style and physique from the film.

▼The head sculpts are also generously provided, allowing you to choose between the unmasked and masked looks.

▼In addition to the intricate articulation, the fabric texture of the suit is also meticulously sculpted.

▼Beyond the excellent detail, the high level of articulation is another hallmark of the Marvel Legends series' charm.

▼Spider-Man's signature leaping poses can be effortlessly achieved, making it incredibly satisfying to play with!

▼"Spider-Gwen," real name Gwendolyn Stacy, more widely known as Gwen Stacy, hails from the parallel universe Earth-65B. In her world, she became the unique Spider-Woman instead of her friend Peter Parker. After crossing over to Earth-1610B, she and Miles develop a budding romance. In "Across the Spider-Verse," as a member of the Spider Society, she travels to Earth-1610B again to investigate the trail of The Spot. The biggest difference in this version compared to the first wave is the hair color, which simulates the radiant, multi-hued look from the end of "Across the Spider-Verse." It comes with two head sculpts and a holographic AI assistant, LYLA.

▼In addition to the hair color, the sections on her arms have also been changed to a blue-purple color scheme. The body sculpt also maintains the slender, animated style, and a Multiversal Gizmo has been added to her left arm.

▼Two exquisitely printed head sculpts. Whether it's the freckles on her cheeks, the eyebrow ring over her right eye, the tiny pinholes around the mask's eyes, or even the pattern inside the hood, every part is filled with unimaginable detail.

▼LYLA is made from a translucent material, making this a rare three-dimensional release of the character.

▼The figure not only captures her slender physique from the movie, but its articulation certainly doesn't disappoint either.
▼While we can't fly and swing through the city like Spider-Man in real life, at least we can fulfill that dream with this figure!

▼Gwen fans, seeing this, shouldn't you be getting one now?

▼"Spider-Man 2099," real name Miguel O'Hara, is the future Spider-Man from the parallel universe Earth-928. He is also the founder and de facto leader of the Spider Society, leading Spider-People from across the multiverse to clean up the various crossover disasters caused by the collider. He decides to imprison Miles for interfering with a Canon Event on Earth-50101. Unlike the first wave figure, this version features a darker, less saturated color scheme and includes an unmasked head sculpt of Miguel.

▼It perfectly captures the exaggerated inverted triangle physique from the movie. The suit is covered in fine, sculpted lines, and the translucent cape from the previous version has been removed from the back.

▼It also comes with two versions of a handsome head sculpt. Use whichever one you want!

▼The multiversal transport bracelet from the movie is also included on his left wrist.

▼The man who carries the fate of all Spider-People, shouldering this destiny all by himself.

▼Are you satisfied with this special color variant?

▼"Spider-Punk," Hobart "Hobie" Brown, hails from the parallel universe Earth-138. He fights against the evils of his time with the rebellious spirit of punk rock. Also a member of the Spider Society, he shares a deep friendship with Gwen and later helps Miles after disagreeing with the Society's methods. This figure is based on a unique purple color palette and includes a normally colored unmasked head, finally giving the first wave version of Spider-Punk a Hobie head sculpt!

▼A departure from the vibrant colors of the movie, this tonally unified visual effect actually has its own unique flavor.

▼The first included head is a purple version of Hobie's head sculpt.

▼This second head is to help everyone complete the full-color version from the first wave!

▼The details on the guitar and clothing, such as the patterns, studs, and badges, are all precisely recreated through printing and are absolutely worth admiring up close.

▼The facial expression is a truly faithful recreation from the movie.

▼Let's ROCK!

▼The interchangeable specialized left hand allows for a more perfect interpretation of holding the guitar.

▼Both versions are incredibly cool. Only a child makes choices; I want them all!

▼"Pavitr Prabhakar," the Spider-Man of India from the parallel universe Earth-50101. In Mumbattan, he joins Gwen and Miles to stop The Spot from absorbing the collider's energy, but his own timeline begins to collapse due to Miles's good deed.

▼Recreating Pavitr's highly distinctive suit and his specialized gauntlets used for swinging.

▼It also includes two head sculpts: one unmasked and one with the mask on.

▼The spider emblems on the front and back of the suit also have a distinct exotic flair.

▼The patterns running from his arms all the way to the back of his hands are also fully recreated.

▼Although many may be less familiar with this Indian Spider-Man, the figure's production is by no means sloppy. All the necessary details are present and accounted for!

▼Looking forward to seeing him play an active role in the next movie!

▼"Peter Parker," from the parallel universe Earth-1610B. This blond-haired Spider-Man had a seemingly perfect life, not only being a very successful superhero but also marrying his beloved Mary Jane Watson. At the beginning of "Into the Spider-Verse," he made a heroic sacrifice to stop Kingpin and the particle collider, becoming an inspiration for Miles on his path to becoming a superhero.

▼Recreating the physique and form from the movie, this is arguably the most complete classic Spider-Man in the "Spider-Verse" series style.

▼It includes a beautifully printed unmasked head sculpt and a masked Spider-Man head.

▼By making good use of the articulation throughout the body, all sorts of poses, both static and dynamic, are no problem for him.

▼Pose him however you want, twist him however you like. Marvel Legends figures offer just that much freedom!

▼"Miles G. Morales," full name Miles Gonzalo Morales, resides in the parallel universe Earth-42. Because the radioactive spider from this universe was taken during the collider experiment and bit the Miles of Earth-1610B, no Spider-Man ever emerged here. After his father's death, the young Miles followed in his uncle Aaron Davis's footsteps down a path of crime, becoming the supervillain—the "Prowler."

▼Adopting the Prowler look from his appearance at the end of the movie, this universe's Miles is seriously cool and menacing.

▼It comes with two head sculpts as well: an unmasked version with a look of utter disdain, and a version with the Prowler mask on.

▼Details are everywhere; the exquisite presentation is simply irresistible.

▼The highly articulated joints are a joy to play with, making it easy to bring any pose you can imagine to life.

▼A sense of dynamic action? No problem! He can be as cool as you want him to be!

▼In the upcoming sequel, this bad-boy Miles will surely have a significant role. Let's... keep watching!

▼And that concludes this unboxing report of the Marvel Legends "Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse" series. For all you fans who love Spider-Man and the "Spider-Verse," if you want to continue expanding your Spider-Army, then choosing the Marvel Legends series is the right move! See you at the next unboxing report!
