Co-organized by "Thomas" from "Don't Go To Work," renowned streamer "6tan," and Rayark Games co-founder "Tony Lee," the G-EIGHT Game Expo, now in its third year, aims to create "a gaming expo for players." Beyond promoting Taiwanese independent games and introducing more players to excellent original Taiwanese works, G-EIGHT also strives to create more exposure opportunities for independent game developers. In 2024, the third G-EIGHT not only features numerous Taiwanese game developers but has also attracted game companies from various countries worldwide to participate, with over 180 game titles awaiting your experience.

Taiwanese Gaming Power Rises: Flashing Grid and Red Candle Games Present Local Original Works
This year, G-EIGHT will showcase over 100 Taiwanese independent game development teams and bring together several well-known local companies, fully demonstrating the innovation and strength of Taiwan's local game industry. Red Candle Games, a pioneer in Taiwanese independent games, will present its major release this year, 《Nine Sols》. 《Flashing Grid》, Taiwan's first multi-player challenge system combining numerous sensor-based LED floor tiles with motion-sensing games, will also offer attendees a challenge that blends exercise and gaming.
Handheld and PC Games Converge at G-EIGHT, Creating a Comprehensive Gaming Experience
KOMODO, as the official authorized supplier of Valve Steam Deck in multiple Asian countries, will not only have multiple demo units on-site but will also bring several popular independent games, including the highly acclaimed 《OneShot: World Machine Edition》 and 《Hatsune Miku Logic Paint S》.
Japanese Developers Gather! Palworld Makes a Strong Debut, Shueisha Games and PLAYISM Bring Unique New Titles
G-EIGHT 2024 brings together multiple Japanese game developers, allowing players to get a sneak peek at the rich and diverse charm of Japanese games. Shueisha Games will participate for the first time, exclusively revealing four unreleased new games: 《Urban Legend Dissection Center》, 《Schrödinger's Phone》, 《UNYIELDER》, and 《OPUS: Echo of Starsong》, covering diverse genres such as horror, adventure, and action. Pocketpair will also make its first appearance in Taiwan to showcase the open-world survival game 《Palworld》, featuring large-scale installations and Palworld character mascots for interaction with attendees.
