The action figure brand S.H.Figuarts, released by TAMASHII NATIONS, the collector's toy division of Japan's BANDAI SPIRITS Co., Ltd., has officially unveiled a new product based on the popular anime and manga series "One Piece" – the "Marshall D. Teach -Four Emperors-" action figure. It has a suggested retail price of 26,400 JPY and is scheduled for release in June 2025!
Marshall D. Teach, also known as "Blackbeard," a former crew member of the Whitebeard Pirates, murdered his friend and Fourth Division Commander Thatch to obtain the "Dark-Dark Fruit" he coveted, then fled the Whitebeard Pirates. He defeated Ace, who was pursuing him, on Banaro Island, triggering the world-shaking Summit War. Furthermore, at Marineford, he seized the Tremor-Tremor Fruit ability from the fallen Whitebeard, becoming the fearsome new Four Emperors.
This "Marshall D. Teach -Four Emperors-" action figure stands approximately 24.5 cm tall and features Blackbeard's New World appearance. The sculpting faithfully recreates his rounded physique, gap-toothed face, various jewelry and accessories on his hands, and his extravagant pirate hat. The cape on his back is made of velvet material and appears to be non-removable, with a built-in wire structure allowing for dynamic, flowing poses as desired! Accessories include three sets of interchangeable hands, two interchangeable face parts, and a dedicated stand to support Blackbeard's exaggerated body proportions. Additionally, a smiling face part for "Monkey D. Luffy -Gear 5-" will be included as a bonus, enhancing the display versatility of your S.H.Figuarts "One Piece" collection!
