Hong Kong model manufacturer YOLOPARK's "AMK PRO" series, which features high-quality pre-painted assembly models partially constructed with alloy, has launched a new product from the "Transformers: Rise of the Beasts" theme – the "Mirage" pre-painted alloy assembly model. The suggested retail price is US$53.99, with an estimated release in Q1 2025!
In the movie "Transformers: Rise of the Beasts," Mirage is an Autobot warrior instructed by Optimus Prime to go undercover, and he is the first Transformer encountered by the human protagonist, Noah Diaz. His disguise mode is a silver-blue 90s Porsche 964. Unlike his G1 animation counterpart, the somewhat aloof and philosophical aspect of his character is toned down in the movie, making him more humorous and witty.
This AMK PRO Mirage can also be assembled through simple steps. Once assembled, it stands approximately 16 cm tall and does not feature a transformation design. Instead, it focuses on faithfully recreating Mirage's realistic robot mode appearance from the movie, using a separate inner frame and outer armor parts. Details of gears and mechanical structures are intricately sculpted, and the tires are made of rubber for a more authentic texture. Parts crafted from die-cast alloy also give the model a substantial weight!
Accessories include a hand cannon weapon and a snake tube stand, allowing for various dynamic poses with its flexible articulation! Both the eyes and the hand cannon also feature magnetic LED light-up functions, enhancing the visual realism when displayed!
