Warner Bros. Pictures today announced adjustments to the release schedule for several upcoming films, with the highly anticipated horror sequel "Final Destination: Bloodlines" officially slated for a May 16, 2025 release.
Meanwhile, David Robert Mitchell's "Flowervale Street," starring Anne Hathaway and Ewan McGregor, which was originally set for the same May 2025 slot, has been pushed back to March 13, 2026. Plot details for the film remain tightly under wraps, though rumors suggest it's a dinosaur movie with time-travel elements.

Additionally, Warner Bros. announced it has acquired the distribution rights for Sony Pictures' live-action/animated hybrid film "Animal Friends." The movie, featuring Ryan Reynolds, Jason Momoa, and Aubrey Plaza, is now scheduled for release on October 10, 2025, a later date than Sony's original August slot.
The sixth installment in the "Evil Dead" franchise, which was announced in February, also revealed its full title today: "Evil Dead Burn." Sébastien Vaniček, the new director taking the helm, recently posted the script cover with the title on Instagram, confirming a 2026 release.
