First revealed at Korea's G-STAR 2024 gaming exhibition, the upcoming "Game of Thrones: Kingsroad" — an open-world RPG adaptation of the beloved "Game of Thrones" series — recently dropped its official debut trailer during The Game Awards 2024. This highly anticipated title is officially licensed by Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment and HBO.
While "Game of Thrones: Kingsroad" is slated for release on Android and iOS as a mobile game, its intricate 3D open-world design, combined with a playable PC demo showcased at G-STAR 2024, has fueled speculation among fans and industry observers about a potential launch on PC or other platforms. The development team has yet to confirm these possibilities.
Based on the G-STAR 2024 demo experience, players can choose from three distinct classes: Mercenary, Knight, and Assassin, each with preset appearances. "Game of Thrones: Kingsroad" is expected to launch sometime in 2025.
