Japanese model manufacturer Max Factory's action figure series "figma" is releasing a new product based on the popular anime "Dandadan" – the "Okarun (Transformed State)" action figure. The suggested retail price is 11,800 JPY, and it is scheduled for release in October 2025!
The male protagonist, Ken Takakura, due to a bet with Momo, ventured alone into a famous haunted tunnel. Unexpectedly, he was cursed by the yokai "Turbo Granny" lurking within the tunnel, who stole his "balls." After successfully repelling the granny, he made a deal with her, allowing him to continuously use Turbo Granny's abilities.
This figma Okarun (Transformed State) stands approximately 16 cm tall, faithfully recreating Okarun's slender physique in his transformed state, along with details such as his flowing garment and clothing wrinkles. The glasses are made of transparent material, and the figure features sculpted slender arms and the muscular definition of bare feet. The design also minimizes obstruction to articulation as much as possible, allowing for various cool poses! The face appears to be detachable, allowing for the replacement of internal eye-line parts, and the tooth mask is also designed to be removable. Accessories include four sets of interchangeable hands, four sets of interchangeable eye-line parts, and a dashing hairstyle part. It also includes a model of the napping Turbo Granny, adding to the fun of display!
