Japan's Furyu Corporation (フリュー株式会社), under its high-quality toy brand "F:NEX," will not only release "Momo Ayase" but also simultaneously launch another new product based on the popular anime and manga series "Dandadan"—the "Seiko Ayase" 1/7 scale pre-painted figure. The suggested retail price is 23,100 JPY, with an estimated release in October 2025!
Momo's grandmother, Seiko Ayase, known as "Dodoria Santa," is a powerful psychic medium. From a young age, she taught Momo many ways to protect herself from yokai, which inadvertently caused Momo to distance herself from her. It wasn't until the High-Speed Grandma incident that Momo truly understood her grandmother's intentions. Seiko's appearance, which belies her actual age, and her strong yet reassuring personality have also made her one of the series' most popular characters!
This F:NEX Seiko Ayase figure stands approximately 26 cm tall. It captures her appearance from her first appearance in episode 3 of the anime, facing off against the rampaging Okarun, with her hand extended forward, saying, "Bring it on!" The figure meticulously recreates her voluptuous physique and slender, long legs, detailing the wrinkles and stylistic nuances of her interesting outfit combination of a knitted sweater, baseball jacket, and cape. The cigarette in her mouth and the baseball bat inscribed with "Power of the Loch Ness Monster" are also faithfully reproduced, bringing to life the strongest grandma's debut pose!
