Japan's BANDAI Co., Ltd.'s Shokugan (Candy Toy) division, BANDAI CANDY, is launching the latest "NIFORMATION SOU" series, an extension of their NIFORMATION biscuit card packs, with the newest product themed after "One Piece": "NIFORMATION SOU: The New Four Emperors Luffy / Shanks / Buggy / Blackbeard". Each is priced at 4,950 JPY (tax included), scheduled for release in August 2025!
The "NIFORMATION" series, which reinterprets characters in a cute, chibi-style with two heads tall proportions, originally featured collectible stickers that capture the charm of the series. Now, "NIFORMATION SOU" allows characters to break free from flat stickers, becoming three-dimensional figures approximately 10 cm tall! The first wave features the symbolically significant New Four Emperors from "One Piece"—sculpted with dynamic, lively poses as if bursting out of stickers. Displaying them with the stickers creates a truly unique and fantastic effect!

The shiny sticker is torn by Luffy's large straw sandal-clad foot! Luffy leaps out of the hole~ and the gradient clear material paintwork expresses the image of Gear Five Luffy!
