Japan's Bandai Co., Ltd.'s GASHAPON capsule toy division's popular "Machibouke" (Waiting) series will release a new product based on the long-running Tokusatsu series Kamen Rider – the "Impatiently Waiting: Kamen Rider Edition" Gashapon capsule toys. The suggested retail price is 400 JPY per turn, with an anticipated release in the fifth week of January 2025!
Kamen Rider has finally joined the "Machibouke" series! This "Impatiently Waiting: Kamen Rider Edition" features four super popular Heisei Riders – 555, KABUTO, Den-O, and OOO. Crafted in an approximately 2.5-head tall proportion, they are depicted in sitting and waiting poses. The sculpting meticulously recreates the details of their armor, and their compound eyes are made with translucent colored material for a clear, vibrant effect. Seeing these usually cool Kamen Riders lined up, relaxing and waiting, creates a charmingly unexpected contrast, making us even more excited for future releases of other Kamen Rider designs in the series!
