YOUTOOZ, a toy company known for releasing numerous meme-themed toys, has launched a new product in its Monitor Buddiez vinyl figure series, which sells figures in two-person sets. The new item is a SpongeBob SquarePants-themed "What's Funnier Than 24 Monitor Buddiez" vinyl figure set, with a suggested retail price of US$29.99, scheduled for release in June 2025!
All SpongeBob SquarePants fans surely know this classic scene! In Episode 53, "Mrs. Puff, You're Fired," Patrick Star and SpongeBob SquarePants attend Mrs. Puff's Boating School. During class, SpongeBob tells Patrick, "I know something funnier than 24," "25." The stifled giggles and whispers from the two make Mrs. Puff unable to resist scolding them. The illogical joke design sparked an alternative humor, making this segment highly popular both domestically and internationally! Coincidentally, with 2024 recently ending and 2025 beginning, this meme has also garnered significant discussion as a New Year's topic!
This "What's Funnier Than 24 Monitor Buddiez" vinyl figure set renders this classic scene from the show in a Q-version (chibi) proportion, depicting SpongeBob and Patrick stifling their laughter and slapping the table after SpongeBob says "25." SpongeBob's closed eyes and lowered head, along with Patrick's flushed face from laughter, are meticulously recreated, and Patrick's belly stuck in the desk and chair is also sculpted! Toy collectors who love SpongeBob memes shouldn't miss this unique opportunity to commemorate the transition from 2024 to 2025!
