The die-cast action figure "MORTAL MIND" series, released by Chinese toy brand CCSTOYS, has for the first time unveiled the painted sample of its latest product, "Alteisen," from "Super Robot Wars OG." Product information will be revealed and pre-orders will begin on January 6, 2025.
The popular original unit "Alteisen" from the "Super Robot Wars" series is a machine operated by the Earth Federation Army's ATX Team. Unlike the SRX, which was developed using extensive Extra-Over Technology (EOT), this unit was developed using highly reliable Earth technology. With "overwhelming firepower for single-point breakthroughs" as its core requirement, it features heavy armor and excellent medium-to-close-range projectile weaponry such as the "Revolving Bunker" and "Square Claymore." However, its poor balance requires a pilot with corresponding skill to fully unleash its performance. In the game series, it is primarily piloted by Kyosuke Nanbu, the acting leader of the ATX Team.
The painted sample of "MORTAL MIND Alteisen," unveiled for the first time, shows richer detail compared to its previous gray prototype state. Its exterior armor features heavy-feeling color applications such as metallic red, pearl white, and gunmetal. Exposed internal structures in hollowed-out areas, inner armor, joints, thruster nozzles, and other details are also painted with various metallic colors. This, combined with numerous details and panel lines not present in the original design, enriches the overall armor layering.
