Following a leak from well-known game data miner X0XLEAK (@X0X_LEAK) that "Marvel Rivals," co-developed by Marvel Games and NetEase, would add characters like Deadpool, Captain Marvel, Mister Fantastic, Hit-Monkey, and Valkyrie, the development team has now confirmed these rumors. They announced that the "Fantastic Four" will join the game's roster, making their debut in "Marvel Rivals" even before their upcoming Marvel Cinematic Universe film.
In the first official in-game image released by the development team, all four members of the "Fantastic Four" are visible: Human Torch, The Thing, Invisible Woman, and the previously rumored Mister Fantastic. The small robot H.E.R.B.I.E. also appears in the image, though it remains unconfirmed whether H.E.R.B.I.E. will be a playable character.
