The alloy action figure series "MORTAL MIND", released by Chinese toy brand CCSTOYS, has officially announced its latest product from "Super Robot Wars OG", "Alteisen", is scheduled for release in March 2025, simultaneously revealing the full product details.
The popular original unit from the "Super Robot Wars" series, "Alteisen", is a mobile suit operated by the Earth Federation Army's ATX Team. Unlike the SRX, which heavily utilizes Extra-Over Technology (EOT) developed by aliens, this unit was developed using highly reliable Earth technology. With "overwhelming firepower for single-point breakthrough" as its core requirement, it features heavy armor and excellent mid-to-close range projectile weaponry such as the "Square Claymore" and "Revolving Stake". However, its poor balance requires a pilot with corresponding skill to fully unleash its performance. In the game series, it is primarily piloted by ATX Team acting leader, Kyosuke Nanbu.
The "MORTAL MIND Alteisen" presents a striking heavy armor design with an impressive height of approximately 28 cm. Building upon the original mechanical design, it incorporates a wealth of modern popular styles such as a tall silhouette, intricate line detailing, and layered armor. The exterior armor features metallic red, pearl white, and gunmetal gray paint finishes that convey a sense of heft. Exposed internal structures in hollowed-out areas, the inner side of the armor, joints, thruster nozzles, and other details are also painted with various metallic colors, enriching the overall layered appearance.
The alloy-made movable frame provides flexible yet sturdy joints and a substantial feel during handling. Simultaneously, the weaponry equipped throughout the body also features rich articulation mechanisms. The "Triple Machine Cannon" on the left arm allows for barrel angle adjustment, while the "Revolving Stake" on the right arm boasts cylinder rotation, bullet exchange, and hammer linkage mechanisms. Furthermore, the "Square Claymore" on both shoulders is equipped with a side switch to directly deploy its hatches.
The accessories also include abundant effect parts such as sparks, smoke, and ammunition, allowing for the recreation of powerful scenes where the Revolving Stake and Square Claymore are deployed. The head can be fitted with effect parts and an LED light to reproduce the fiery red "Heat Horn"!
