The action figure brand "S.H.Figuarts" from Japan's BANDAI SPIRITS Collectors Division TAMASHII NATIONS announced today (7th) that the protagonist "Ultraman Z (Alpha Edge Form)" from "Ultraman Z (ウルトラマンZ)" will be re-released as the Ultraman New Generation Stars (ウルトラマン ニュージェネレーション スターズ) version! In the setting of "Ultraman Z," "Z" is the youngest and strongest warrior in the Land of Light's history, a disciple of "Ultraman Zero." He came to Earth while pursuing the ferocious space shark "Genegarg" and merged with "Haruki Natsukawa," a member of the special airborne mechanized unit STORAGE, who was on the verge of death.
The biggest difference between this Ultraman Z (Alpha Edge Form), now bearing the name "Ultraman New Generation Stars Ver.," and the previous version is the inclusion of effect parts for his finishing move, the "Zestium Beam (ゼスティウム光線)"; however, the main body should be identical to the previous release, standing approximately 15 cm tall. It is supervised by Tsuburaya Productions' LSS modeling department, faithfully recreating Z's body proportions and the sharp design of this form.
