JXK Studio, renowned for its high-quality realistic animal models, will release a highly anticipated item in its 1/6 scale animal series: the super popular "Pygmy Hippopotamus"! The suggested retail price is $22.99 USD, with an estimated release in Q1 2025!
The JXK "Pygmy Hippopotamus" 1/6 scale animal statue is inspired by "Moo Deng," the Thai baby hippopotamus that went viral at the end of 2024. At approximately 10 cm in size, it meticulously captures the pygmy hippopotamus's skin pores and rough epidermal texture. Details inside the mouth and tiny teeth are all realistically rendered, while the chubby belly and wrinkles are both adorable and amusing. The body is given a shiny, glossy finish. The wide-eyed, "grumpy" expression on its face is incredibly cute! It can be paired with 1/6 scale figures to create interesting scenes.
