Japan's Bandai SPIRITS company, under its popular "Ichiban Kuji" (一番くじ) series where every draw wins a prize, will release a new product featuring the super popular Sumikko Gurashi characters – "Sumikko Gurashi ~Sumikko Cafe Chocolate Fair~". The suggested retail price is 730 JPY per draw, and it is scheduled to launch on February 14, 2025!
This "Sumikko Gurashi ~Sumikko Cafe Chocolate Fair~" will offer prizes of different tiers, including A-G, Last One Prize, and Double Chance Prize, all themed around chocolate combined with Sumikko Gurashi. The A Prize and Double Chance Prize are an incredibly awesome Sumikko Gurashi-shaped chocolate fountain machine. The overall design is crafted in the theme's beige color palette, featuring illustrations of Neko (Cat), Tokage (Lizard), Shirokuma (Polar Bear), Penguin?, Tonkatsu (Fried Pork Cutlet), and Ebi Fry no Shippo (Fried Shrimp Tail) dressed in brown outfits. Enjoying chocolate-dipped fruits, candies, and cookies while watching the adorable Sumikko Gurashi characters truly feels like a great pleasure!
The B Prize and Last One Prize are plush dolls of Tokage (Lizard) and Shirokuma (Polar Bear) wearing brown-toned outfits, as seen in the main visual. The plaid and striped patterns, combined with ribbons and small hats, present an elegant, high-quality feel, and they will surely look super cute displayed side-by-side! The C-G Prizes are plush doll keychains, mini figure keychains, tableware collection, small towels/coasters, and rubber coasters, respectively. Each item features illustrations in the chocolate party theme, bringing a full sense of sweetness to all toy enthusiasts with its Valentine's Day launch!
