BANDAI SPIRITS' TAMASHII NATIONS, the collector's toy division in Japan, is re-releasing the popular "S.H.Figuarts" action figure series. To commemorate the 40th anniversary of Dragon Ball, a "40th Anniversary Reissue" popularity poll was recently held, and the immensely popular Broly will now be released as "S.H.Figuarts Broly -40th Anniversary Reissue Edition-"! The suggested retail price is 9,900 JPY, and it is scheduled for release in November 2025.
The "S.H.Figuarts Broly -40th Anniversary Reissue Edition-" is based on the "S.H.Figuarts Broly" released in 2014. With a substantial size of 22 cm, it faithfully recreates Broly's incredibly powerful physique! The explosive muscles of the upper body are enhanced with shadow painting, giving the figure even greater impact. In addition to the interchangeable expressions, hand parts, and effect parts included with the original version, this edition also features an original commemorative base.
The original 40th-anniversary commemorative base is inspired by Broly's hair color, crafted in transparent yellow, and printed with the Dragon Ball 40th Anniversary logo.
