Following the release of its latest trailer yesterday, a new series of posters has been released for "Mickey 17," the third Hollywood film written and directed by Academy Award-winning "Parasite" director Bong Joon-ho. The new key art focuses on the various "on-the-job frustrations" of the main character, Mickey.

"Mickey 17" features an all-star cast that includes Robert Pattinson, Toni Collette, Mark Ruffalo, Naomi Ackie, and Steven Yeun.

The film is an adaptation of Edward Ashton's sci-fi novel "Mickey 7." In the source material, a "Mickey" is a disposable employee on a human colony mission to the ice world of Niflheim. Whenever a high-risk task arises, a Mickey is assigned to it. If the Mickey dies, a new body is cloned and implanted with most of the previous one's memories. After experiencing death multiple times, Mickey finally understands why the position was always vacant.

During a routine reconnaissance mission, Mickey is in an accident and presumed dead. However, after being saved by local inhabitants, he returns to the colonial base only to discover he has already been replaced by a new Mickey. Per regulations, two identical Mickeys are not allowed to exist simultaneously and will be eliminated if discovered. Therefore, the original Mickey's survival must be kept secret from the rest of the colony.

Meanwhile, living conditions on Niflheim are deteriorating. The atmosphere is unsuitable for human life, food supplies are running short, and the progress of terraforming the colony is painfully slow. The native species grows increasingly curious about their "new neighbors," a curiosity that puts the human commander on high alert. Mickey becomes the key to determining whether humanity and the local species can coexist.
