▼1: A Clash of Red and Green Villains! Red Hulk Debuts, The Leader Returns, and the Serpent Society Joins the Fray!
Veteran actor Harrison Ford, over 80 years old, takes over the role of the familiar Thaddeus "Thunderbolt" Ross from the late William Hurt. In this film, Ross is no longer a general but has ascended to the U.S. presidency! Even more astonishing, he transforms into the crimson-skinned supervillain Red Hulk, roaring onto the MCU big screen. Following the trailer's release, "Captain America: Brave New World" immediately made Red Hulk a physically and popularly "red-hot" classic antagonist, leaving many fans and even in-universe reporters wondering, "When did they turn red?" (laughs)

This classic Marvel villain, Red Hulk, long-awaited by fans, possesses strength and stamina nearly on par with the Green Hulk. What makes him even more terrifying is his ability to emit intense heat when enraged, making him more ferocious and difficult to combat. With his extensive military background and strategic mind, his threat level is amplified. The official poster, showing Red Hulk effortlessly twisting Captain America's shield with one hand, foreshadows the unprecedented challenge awaiting the new Cap.

Just when it seemed battling a red-alert-level antagonist would be challenging enough, "Captain America: Brave New World" (often referred to as "Captain America 4") also introduces another insidious green-skinned figure: The Leader, making his villainous return after "The Incredible Hulk." This makes him another incredibly formidable foe.

The Leader is arguably one of the most iconic high-intelligence villains in the Marvel Universe. He first appeared during one of Bruce Banner's experiments, where a drop of Banner's blood accidentally seeped into a head wound, causing his head to mutate and his brain to become extraordinarily intelligent. If the Green Hulk's strength is astonishing, then The Leader's intellect is terrifying. Beyond devising incredibly complex and meticulous evil schemes, he can also manipulate technology and possesses scientific expertise, making him a highly dangerous adversary. He appears to have secretly orchestrated a massive, unbreakable conspiracy, making the battle for the new Captain America and his allies even more challenging!

Additionally, as the MCU enters a crucial developmental phase, new antagonistic forces are rising. Giancarlo Esposito, widely considered by fans as an ideal villain choice (often dubbed 'Gus Fring'), will portray Rattler, the leader of the Serpent Society, emerging as one of the film's pervasive threats. This character is also slated to become a significant obstacle for heroes in the future Marvel Universe.

3. The New Captain America Embraces a New Spirit, Becoming a Key Figure in Marvel's Next Era!
In "Captain America: Brave New World," Sam Wilson officially takes up the Captain America shield, facing numerous crises. Sam confronts not only physical and combat challenges but also must intelligently defuse covert attacks. As the situation escalates, this massive conflict extends into the aerial domain, an area where previous Captain Americas struggled. As the former Falcon, Sam truly "takes flight," utilizing his exceptional aerial combat skills and technology to finally allow Captain America's heroism to soar through the skies!

In "Captain America: Brave New World," Marvel once again utilizes a character to break the fourth wall with a sarcastic remark. Sam is directly told, "You're not Steve Rogers." While seemingly a put-down within the narrative, this line simultaneously offers Sam the chance to forge a brand-new "Captain America" in the hearts of fans. Precisely because Sam isn't Steve Rogers, he isn't confined by the limitations of the past. Unlike the previous Captain America's raw physical power and his iconic "I can do this all day" spirit and charisma, Sam isn't merely about confronting evil head-on. He embodies a "more rational" Captain America, one who surveys the bigger picture and outsmarts his opponents. He must not only face external threats from various villains but also grapple with his own identity struggles after assuming the mantle, as well as the political implications and symbolic meaning of Captain America's existence.

Beyond completing his heroic mission in the main storyline, Sam must also navigate the public's enduring affection and respect for the former Captain America. Simultaneously, he needs to shatter existing stereotypes and limitations to establish his own version of the new Captain America and a fresh spirit, one better equipped to face contemporary challenges. This comprehensive, multi-faceted test is even more significant for the entire Marvel Cinematic Universe. The new Captain America carries not only the legacy of the shield but also the crucial role of anchoring the Avengers, enabling Captain America and the Avengers to embark on a new chapter. He becomes a pivotal figure and a beacon of hope for ushering in a new era for Marvel. Understanding the immense weight of this heroic mission makes Sam's original words, "I'll do my best," spoken when he received the shield from Rogers, even more profoundly moving.

The film delivers a thrilling emotional journey, oscillating between intrigue from intricate plots, the exhilaration of dynamic fight sequences, and the heartwarming depth of revolutionary camaraderie. For an even more immersive experience, the ScreenX version is a personal recommendation, offering a truly video game-like feel. In classic Marvel fashion, a "mystery guest" makes an appearance, and their reveal is genuinely surprising! This movie finally clarifies that while the super-soldier serum is undeniably effective, Steve Rogers chose to pass the Captain America shield to Sam not because he was the strongest hero, or even a normal human without the serum. Rather, what truly saves the world isn't the extraordinary abilities granted by the serum, but an unwavering heart that never gives up and strives to save others and the world. With Captain America's position now filled and the "Avengers reboot" plan frequently mentioned throughout the film, there's genuine anticipation for the two upcoming Avengers sequels. Will the Avengers assemble once more to create new iconic moments and emotional experiences? The ending of "Captain America: Brave New World" feels less like a conclusion and more like the genesis of an entirely new Marvel world. Will the subsequent "Thunderbolts" and "The Fantastic Four" offer more surprising clues for this new era? And when will the new villain, Doctor Doom, make his big-screen debut? All of this builds immense anticipation, leaving fans eagerly awaiting more upcoming Marvel releases!
