Danish toy company LEGO recently officially announced details for their brand-new Gift with Purchase (GWP) set, item number 40782, the "Tropical Rainforest Diorama"! According to current information from international LEGO news sites, this set is expected to be available overseas from February 8th to 12th. It will be obtainable with purchases of US$150 or more at LEGO Stores. Details regarding its release in Taiwan have not yet been announced.
This set contains a total of 299 pieces. Once assembled, it forms a tropical rainforest diorama approximately 13 cm in both length and width. Although the scene is not large in scale, it is packed with lush greenery and natural ambiance, including towering trees, vibrant blooming flowers, and an eye-catching waterfall and stream. Both the colors and construction methods show considerable depth. Coupled with brick-built elements for birds, frogs, and butterflies, the overall effect is truly fantastic! It's worth noting that the official LEGO website also stated that this set is the first model in a collectible series themed "Celebrating Travel & Natural Wonders," with a total of four different styles expected to be available for collection.
