SQUARE ENIX and Japanese figure manufacturer GOOD SMILE COMPANY have officially announced a jointly developed new "FINAL FANTASY" series scale figure. The inaugural product will be the protagonist of "FINAL FANTASY XV", "Noctis Lucis Caelum 1/6.5 Scale Figure", slated for release in January 2026.
The protagonist, Noctis, hails from the Royal Family of Lucis, who have generations of protecting the Crystal and are blessed by its power, granting them formidable magical abilities. He bears the mission of becoming the 114th King of the "Kingdom of Lucis," yet at 20 years old, he is not yet mentally mature. At the beginning of the story, he embarks on a journey with three escorts for a political marriage to secure peace, heading to the water city of "Altissia" to marry Princess Lunafreya of the Kingdom of Tenebrae. However, shortly after departing, he receives news that Lucis has been conquered by the "Niflheim Empire." He will then shoulder an even greater mission, unleash the power of the True King, and save the world afflicted by the "Starscourge."
The "Noctis Lucis Caelum 1/6.5 Scale Figure" masterfully sculpts him in a quietly standing pose, holding his "Engine Blade." The intricate flow of his hair is meticulously rendered, and his black attire, symbolizing his royal status, features rich details such as the authentic texture of the leather garment, precisely sculpted zippers, metallic buckles, stitching, and skull ornaments, imbuing the figure with an unparalleled sense of realism.
The weapon in his hand, the "Engine Blade," also boasts precise sculpting and multiple metallic paint applications, faithfully recreating the wear marks on the silver-white blade, various mechanical structures on the guard, and intricate relief details.
