"Blood on Snow" is an adaptation of the 2014 novel of the same name by acclaimed Norwegian author Jo Nesbø, who also co-wrote the screenplay with Ben Power, a co-writer on "Munich: The Edge of War." The ensemble cast also includes Eva Green, Kane Surry, Emma Laird, Ben Mendelsohn, and Aaron Taylor-Johnson.
The film follows Aaron Taylor-Johnson as Olav, a hitman hired by his crime boss to eliminate the boss's unfaithful wife. However, Olav falls for the target and cannot bring himself to complete the job. His hesitation triggers a series of catastrophic events, igniting a brutal gang war.
