BANDAI CANDY, the confectionery toy division of Bandai Co., Ltd. Japan, has unveiled a new confectionery toy product series based on the "Mobile Suit Gundam" franchise, titled "Superior Difain (tentative name)". The latest prototype will be showcased for the first time at the "GUNDAM NEXT FUTURE FINAL in TOKYO" event, which begins on February 21, 2025. The design of the "Wing Gundam Zero EW" (under development) has also been revealed in advance.

Based on the current information, "Superior Difain (tentative name)" will feature Mobile Suits from the "Gundam" series in SD (Super Deformed) scale. Similar to the "GUNDAM ARTIFACT" series, the non-articulated model body parts will be molded in an earthy yellow color, resembling synthetic resin, while boasting dynamic and cool poses with high-density detailed sculpting.

However, the average size of the models is currently unknown, as is the breakdown of parts for each section. We can only hope it won't be too challenging for the eyes! We believe this will be another product perfect for enjoying color painting once released.
