To commemorate the 15th anniversary of Cartoon Network's super popular cartoon "Adventure Time," renowned poster design and toy company MONDO has announced a new product in its "MONDO Squads" collectible figure series, which features abundant interchangeable parts – the "Finn and Jake" figure set. It will be available in both a regular and a limited edition, with a suggested retail price of $135 and $145 respectively. The limited edition is capped at 1000 units and will be available for pre-order at noon CT on February 19, 2025, with an estimated release in September 2025!
"Adventure Time" is an animated series produced for Cartoon Network in 2010 by Pendleton Ward and Frederator Studios. Inspired by Dungeons & Dragons and video games, the story follows the adventures of a boy named Finn and his adoptive brother Jake in the Land of Ooo, approximately a thousand years after the "Mushroom War."
This product brings the show's best partners, Finn and Jake, to life in three dimensions! Finn's main body stands approximately 27.6 cm tall, while Jake is approximately 16.6 cm tall. The figures simply and faithfully recreate their classic looks from the show, coming with a wealth of interchangeable expression parts, bendable arms, and weapon accessories such as Finn's Golden Sword, Demon Blood Sword, Jake's Sword, and the Gauntlet of the Hero interchangeable hand, allowing for dynamic poses to recreate their adventures at different stages!
The limited edition, in addition to including more interchangeable expression parts for both characters and Finn's psychic prosthetic arm, also comes with character models of Tree Trunks and BMO. Furthermore, it includes Tree Trunks' apple pie and Jake's famous Perfect Sandwich. With only a $10 price difference for so many fun accessories and characters, there's no reason not to try and grab the limited edition!
