BANDAI SPIRITS Hobby Division's highly popular character model kit series, "Figure-rise Standard," has officially announced detailed information for its latest product, "Amate Yuzuriha (Machu)," from the new Gundam series anime, "Mobile Suit Gundam GQuuuuuuX." It is scheduled for release in June 2025.
The protagonist of "Mobile Suit Gundam GQuuuuuuX," Amate Yuzuriha, is a high school girl living a peaceful daily life in a space colony. Feeling a sense of unreality, she one day encounters Nean, a war refugee girl, and coincidentally becomes the pilot of the mysterious mobile suit "GQuuuuuuX." She is then drawn into the illegal MS dueling competition, "Battle Group Showdown." From then on, Yuzuriha adopts the alias "Machu" and dedicates herself daily to intense battles.
The "Figure-rise Standard Amate Yuzuriha (Machu)" is produced using Bandai's latest color separation and part division technology, extensively recreating the colors of her full uniform with multi-color molded parts. Even the blue highlights on her red hair and the inner black hair are represented by separate parts. Expression parts include one pre-printed "expressionless face" and two "smiling faces" and "disgusted faces" that can be completed with the included water-slide decals.
The main body features flexible articulated joint designs, and the skirt parts are made of soft material to reduce interference with leg movement. The legs can also be replaced with parts to recreate a shoeless state. Furthermore, by swapping parts, it's possible to recreate a short-sleeved top style with the knit cardigan removed, as well as parts for her hair, tie, shirt hem, and skirt hem in a dynamic, flowing state as if running.
Accessories include various hand gestures, a mobile phone, a backpack with colors reminiscent of Char's uniform, a squirrel character "Lieutenant" charm hanging from the backpack, and a Haro voiced by Rie Kugimiya. Haro's knitted hat part can be freely attached and removed.
