Z Gundam: "ROBOT魂 GM II (AEUG Specification) ver. A.N.I.M.E. ~Ballute Pack Equipped~" Recreates the Atmospheric Re-entry Specification for the "Jaburo Landing Operation"!

From Japan's BANDAI SPIRITS company's collectible toy division TAMASHII NATIONS, the robot-themed action figure series "ROBOT魂 ver. A.N.I.M.E." has announced the latest product from "Mobile Suit Z Gundam", the "GM II (AEUG Specification) ~Ballute Pack Equipped~", scheduled for release in July 2025.

The RMS-179 GM II is a mobile suit improved by the Earth Federation Forces from the "RGM-79 GM" after the end of the One Year War. Components such as the engine, backpack, and auxiliary sensors were all modernized, and it was equipped with standard Federation armaments like beam sabers, beam rifles, and hyper bazookas. This model was not only used by the Federation Forces as a primary mass-produced unit during the Delaz Conflict, but also widely manufactured and utilized by both AEUG and Titans forces in the early stages of the Gryps Conflict in UC 0087, though it was quickly superseded by higher-performance next-generation models such as the "Marasai" and "Nemo".

The "ROBOT魂 GM II (AEUG Specification) ver. A.N.I.M.E. ~Ballute Pack Equipped~" is crafted based on anime design drafts, featuring refined armor styling and silhouette lines. It incorporates the articulation technology cultivated over many years in the ver. A.N.I.M.E. series, utilizing new shoulder articulation mechanisms, knee interlocking mechanisms, and more, to provide an even more flexible range of motion. The entire unit also features new coloring to faithfully reproduce the AEUG specification's green hue.

In addition to the included beam rifle, beam saber, and shield, a complete set of Ballute Pack equipment is also added. This can be attached to the chest, back, and legs, recreating the atmospheric re-entry specification used by AEUG during the "Jaburo Landing Operation" in "Z Gundam".
