Japan's Bandai Namco Toys & Hobby's spherical bath bomb toy "Bikkura Tamago" series will release a new product based on the classic popular anime "Sgt. Frog" (Keroro Gunso) – the "Bikkura Tamago Keroro Gunso Furofuchi Kororin" bath bomb toy. The suggested retail price is 550 JPY per piece, with an anticipated release date of May 19, 2025!
"Sgt. Frog" (Keroro Gunso) is a monthly manga series created by Japanese manga artist Mine Yoshizaki. In 2004, it was adapted into a TV anime by Sunrise, chronicling the boisterous comedic daily life of Sergeant Keroro and his platoon, who were dispatched from "Keron Star" for reconnaissance but accidentally exposed their presence and ended up living with the Hinata family.
This "Bikkura Tamago Keroro Gunso Furofuchi Kororin" will encapsulate mini character figures of the Keroro Platoon within a chamomile-scented yellow spherical bath bomb. Five types are available: Sergeant Keroro, Private Tamama, Corporal Giroro, Sergeant Major Kururu, and Lance Corporal Dororo. Each character is designed in a prone or sitting pose that matches their personality, allowing them to be placed on the edge of the bathtub, becoming a delightful bath-time companion for all toy enthusiasts!
