Japanese toy company TAKARA TOMY's high-end toy brand T-SPARK has officially announced the second collaboration product in its external collaboration toy "SYNERGENEX" series with the popular video game "Monster Hunter": the "Gatling Fox Mitsune", scheduled for release in October 2025.
The latest installment in the series, "Monster Hunter Wilds," officially launched on February 28th. Undoubtedly, both new and veteran hunters spent a fulfilling weekend in this new wilderness, which is deeply integrated with the ecosystem. Currently, most large monsters in the game are new faces appearing for the first time in "Wilds." However, familiar classic monsters will also gradually return in the future. In the free additional content information recently released by the official source, it was announced that the highly popular Leviathan monster "Mizutsune" is expected to return in Spring 2025, which is highly anticipated.
This product is a modification based on the Zoid "ZW34 Gatling Fox" that appeared in "Zoids Wild Blast," and is set as a specialized unit for hunting Mizutsune. The entire unit not only features "gradient painting" to express Mizutsune's cherry blossom-like pink gradient body color, but also uses many new parts to create new armaments that combine Mizutsune's original features, such as the head's "3D Sensor," the back's "Compressed Current Cannon," and the tail's "Smooth Tail," significantly enhancing its attack power.
The kit's play features are the same as the original "ZW34 Gatling Fox." By assembling the included exterior armor parts onto the movable frame, it can be gradually restored from "Skeletal Form" to "Complete Form." With the built-in electric mechanism, it can walk on all fours while wagging its tail, and simultaneously activate the "Instinct Release Mechanism" to deploy the strongest armament mounted on its back, the "A-Z Unlimited Gatling Gun," rotating the gun barrel while walking and performing an attack pose!
