Japanese figure manufacturer UNION CREATIVE (Union Creative Co., Ltd.) is celebrating the 15th anniversary of the debut of Hatsune Miku's derivative character "Calne Ca" with a commemorative product: the "Calne Ca 15th Memorial" 1/7 scale figure. The suggested retail price is 29,700 JPY, and it is scheduled for release in January 2026!
Calne Ca is a Hatsune Miku anthropomorphic form portrayed by the original character Ca (SHI-E) created by artist Deino. Its impactful style, infused with elements of skeletons, machinery, and insects, leaves a strong impression. Both its half-flesh and skeletal versions are officially recognized Hatsune Miku sub-species. A pill bug (sea slater) named "Nato-kun" crawls on its head, its left arm is exposed bone, and the other three limbs are mechanical. Mechanical tentacles extend from its jawless mouth, and its blood-red prosthetic eye is also a distinctive mark.
Union Creative's "Calne Ca 15th Memorial" 1/7 scale figure is crafted with luxurious specifications, presented in a substantial size of approximately 26 cm in height, maximizing the unique charm of Calne Ca! It faithfully recreates the extremely unbalanced and impactful design from the illustration, meticulously detailing the sharp, cold mechanical prosthetics, the connecting tubes to the body, and the hard metallic texture, all rendered with striking realism. It wears Hatsune Miku's iconic blue-green twin-tails and outfit, while the face and body are finished with a soft skin texture coating, creating a strong contrast with the spider-leg-like mechanical arms extending from its mouth. This piece will undoubtedly have a powerful presence when displayed!
