Father of Ultra
Original name: Ken. A fictional character appearing in the Ultraman Series tokusatsu TV dramas produced by Tsuburaya Productions in Japan.
He first appeared in Episode 27, "Miracle! Father of Ultra," of the 1972 broadcast of "Ultraman Ace." He is the Grand Captain of the Space Garrison of the Land of Light in Nebula M78, and also the father of Ultraman Taro. The Ultramen revere him as a father figure, hence he is respectfully known as "Father of Ultra."
Mother of Ultra
A female character from the Japanese sci-fi tokusatsu Ultraman Series, and the leader of the Silver Cross Army. She is usually stationed at Ultra Hospital 78 to treat the injured, leading the Silver Cross Army in cosmic-scale medical relief activities. With a benevolent heart that can soften even fierce aliens, her motherly love constantly protects the young Ultraman warriors.
Mother of Ultra first appeared in "Ultraman Taro" as Granny Midori (Midorigawa Keiko). Her distinguishing feature is two braids on her head. Her real name, Marie, appeared for the first and only time in the theatrical film "Mega Monster Battle Ultra Galaxy: The Movie."
An incredibly value-for-money series! Each figure itself costs around HKD 100, but if you purchase them in Japan, you might be able to fulfill your dream for about HKD 80 per figure.
This time, Banpresto truly put deep thought into the release of this pair of products. The male figure, Father of Ultra, is recreated with the powerful "Sea Tiger Burst Fist!" and a million horsepower pose, showcasing his strength and muscular physique; Mother of Ultra, on the other hand, is released in a gentle, flowing sitting pose, in the same scale. Therefore, fans of the Ultraman series absolutely must acquire this pair!
As the old saying goes, although the price is affordable, their QC (Quality Control) remains at a low standard. Scratched paint, misaligned tampo printing, and scratches on the main body are common occurrences... This is not an excuse that can be tolerated just because they are inexpensive toys! Regardless, Ultraman fans should not miss out! Even though the quality control is indeed terrible...
