Hong Kong toy manufacturer threezero's "MDLX" series, which produces small-scale mecha articulated figures, will launch a new Transformers-themed product – the "Dirge" articulated figure. The suggested retail price is US$119.90, with an estimated release in Q3 2025!

In the G1 animation, Dirge is a Decepticon air warrior whose alternate mode is a slightly modified F-15 Eagle fighter jet. He excels at using fear as a weapon, and his engine sound is tuned to a terrifying frequency. While his appearance is cold and gloomy, he secretly yearns for a peaceful life, a wish unfulfilled due to his involvement in the war.

This MDLX Dirge stands approximately 20 cm tall and features around 50 points of articulation throughout its body. threezero Art Director Kelvin Sau has re-designed him based on his in-show appearance, meticulously sculpting intricate mechanical structures beneath his classic conehead design. This showcases various textures on the body, along with details like shoulder cannons and leg tailfins, all painted to faithfully reproduce his iconic blue and yellow color scheme! The overall construction combines die-cast zinc alloy with a plastic frame, providing a satisfying tactile experience while ensuring stability for display. Although it does not feature a transformation function, the high articulation and partial alloy materials allow collectors to fully showcase him in various cool poses!
