Japan's FREEing toy company (FREEing Inc.)'s large-scale character figure "B-style" series is releasing a new product based on the classic anime "Cowboy Bebop" – the "Faye (フェイ) Bunny Ver." 1/4 scale pre-painted figure. The suggested retail price is 38,500 JPY, with an estimated release in September 2025!
"Cowboy Bebop" is an original TV anime series produced in 1998 by Sunrise and Bandai Visual, based on a concept by Hajime Yatate and directed by Shinichirō Watanabe. The story follows protagonists Spike (スパイク) and Jet (ジェット) as they make a living as bounty hunters, piloting the spaceship Beebop across the cosmos. Later, they encounter the beautiful Faye (フェイ), burdened with immense debt, the computer prodigy Ed (エド), and the data dog Ein (アイン). Together, the group wanders the vast universe, searching for their respective pasts.
The heroine Faye from the series has also donned FREEing's popular bunny girl outfit! This Faye Valentine Bunny Ver. 1/4 scale pre-painted figure stands approximately 47 cm tall. Its large size allows for intricate sculpting that faithfully recreates Faye's slender and elongated physique. The glossy paint finish replicates the patent leather texture of her bodysuit, enhancing her graceful body lines under the light. The skin on her arms and chest appears incredibly smooth, and her exposed back is quite captivating! Her thighs, encased in fabric fishnet stockings, are subtly revealed, showcasing the unique high quality of this series. Coupled with Faye's somewhat cunning gaze and the playing cards in her hand, this original design perfectly captures her cunning yet alluring charm from the series!
