Renowned entertainment journalist Daniel Richtman reported this morning on his Patreon page that Jesse Plemons has been approached to play Plutarch Heavensbee, the Head Gamemaker. This pivotal role was famously portrayed by the late Oscar winner Philip Seymour Hoffman in the original four-film saga. Plemons and Hoffman share a noticeable physical resemblance, suggesting that if Plemons accepts the part, the continuity between the two portrayals could be seamless.
