S-FIRE, SEGA's popular brand dedicated to crafting high-quality character figures and merchandise, has announced three new items based on the hit anime "My Dress-Up Darling." Leading the lineup is the "Marin Kitagawa Pretty Maid Ver." pre-painted figure, priced at 22,000 JPY and slated for release in November 2025!
"My Dress-Up Darling" follows protagonist Wakana Gojo, who, influenced by his grandfather, passionately crafts Hina dolls and aspires to become a Hina doll artisan. His secret hobby is discovered by his classmate, Marin Kitagawa, who is captivated by his talent. Marin, an avid cosplayer, asks Wakana to create costumes for her. Despite his shy and introverted nature, Wakana agrees to her enthusiastic request, thus beginning a heartwarming relationship filled with shared interests and dreams.
Standing approximately 23 cm tall, this Marin Kitagawa Pretty Maid Ver. figure brings S-FIRE's original maid design to life. Marin is captured in a dynamic pose, greeting viewers with a charming heart gesture. The sculpt meticulously recreates her slender and elegant physique, while her flowing long hair and swaying skirt add a strong sense of movement to the overall presentation. Intricate details, including the maid outfit's folds and stylistic elements, are faithfully reproduced. The paint application features enhanced shading, restoring the vibrant gradient of her hair for a layered and rich appearance. Her energetic smile is also precisely printed, perfectly showcasing her captivating charm. Furthermore, collectors can display her alongside the simultaneously released "Sajuna Inui" and "Shinju Inui" figures to recreate a delightful group photo scene!
