Japanese brand GOOD SMILE COMPANY's affordable pre-painted PVC figure series, POP UP PARADE, recently unveiled two new products based on the popular anime "2.5 Dimensional Seduction" – the "Liliel Angel Airborne Unit Ver." and "Miriel Angel Airborne Unit Ver." non-scale pre-painted figures. Each is priced at a reference of 5,500 JPY and is scheduled for release in October 2025!
"2.5 Dimensional Seduction" is a manga by Yu Hashimoto, serialized on Shonen Jump+ since 2021, and adapted into a TV anime by J.C.STAFF in 2024. The story follows Masamune Okumura, the sole member and president of the manga research club, who only likes 2D female characters and has no interest in 3D women. However, with the arrival of Ririsa Amano, a junior student who loves cosplay, the "2.5-dimensional seduction" between 2D and 3D begins to shake Okumura's convictions!
These two products bring to life Ririsa and Mikari's cosplay of Liliel and Miriel in their Angel Airborne Unit outfits from episode 19 of the anime, when they participated in Summer Comiket. They are sculpted in charming standing poses, with their waists and thighs appearing incredibly smooth and delicate. The sculpting meticulously recreates the details of their garter belts, short skirts, and sleeve wrinkles. A glossy finish replicates the patent leather texture of the Angel Airborne Unit uniforms, and their exquisite facial expressions and hairstyles are faithfully reproduced.
